To create a framework that allows for deep, critical reflection on our affective dynamics and relational models.

To offer an alternative understanding of relationships as a foundation for one’s own spiritual path.

To share contemplative and meditative tools that help transform relationships, making them healthier and more honest.

For whom

01.

People interested in Buddhist teachings.

02.

Those going through relationship crises and seeking new tools and perspectives to navigate them.

03.

People interested in working on their personal relationships as part of their personal and emotional growth, and curious to explore alternatives to conventional relational dynamics.

One of the most painful criticisms of our time concerns the relationships where we are supposed to find rest: romantic partners and family. They are often full of impossible expectations, chronic frustrations, and bonds that impoverish our intimacy.

It is difficult to open ourselves to an honest review of the way we love without having an alternative refuge. For this reason, guided by Buddhist teachings, Lama Norbu will accompany us to see clearly how we selfishly and insecurely want others, while at the same time we can discover within ourselves an endless potential for tenderness and love that serves as a new shelter.

So that, finally, we can build an ethics of desire that allows us to care for others and for ourselves in the act of loving.
